“Experience was good. Only thing I would say is they could have been more customer friendly. I already had my prescription numbers from other optician which was month old before going for final glasses I requested can we just check once again with same configuration but they told no. Hence 4.”

“I needed to get my eyes tested.Every 2 years comes round so quick. I arrived early as I finished work earlier than I expected. I was greeted by Robert as I arrived and explained I was early. It wasnt a problem, I was shown a selection of fames as I waited for my appointment, I was made welcome and important, He spent time letting me try on frames and asked about how I used my glasses. I went into my appointment already considering the 3 options we had discussed. Katie looked after my appointment and she was so welcoming and informative, she helped me understand all of the equipment. I left today with an appointment that made me feel individual and cared for.I left with a new prescription that made me feel better about my eye condition.Great store,amazing service. Friendly and helpful female staff, and price was not much more than the chain I previously attended. They go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your glasses . Wouldn't go anywhere else as staff are all excellent and provide a superb 5 star service.”

“Great service from David in retail. Optician took great care to explain in detail my eye condition, its the first time ever i can see great. Now at distance and close up. Thanks to all the team . Also i got my 3 pairs of glasses made in just 5 days. SUPERB. The only thing i wasnt happy about was there was no proper cleaning cloth with my 2 pairs of oakly. Yes they come in a bag. Which might be the ckeanung cloth. But it doesent do the job properly. Thats not boots fault. More oakley. Maybe boots could have added a cleaning cloth. Anyway thats the only small niggl\\nDouglas”

“My son has visual stress which was picked up through school and frequent headaches he had been suffering with. I had to phone a few opticians to find a branch that tests for visual stress as not all the opticians have the equipment or are trained to carry out the assessment.We came in October 2022 and the staff were amazing, really took time to explain everything to my son. Helped him pick out the glasses with the special tinted lense and what a difference with him in school and no more headaches.”

“After purchasing new glasses n June 2022, found a fault in the leg last week. I called at Boots Glasgow fort and a new frame was immediately ordered. “The store assistant and optician were so very excellent. I was visiting from London for the weekend with my small baby, and had forgotten my contact lenses. “Approached this store in 2020 when vision became impaired badly which they informed me it was a retina detachment and got me referred to gartnavel eye department quickly. Since then there help as been second to none and I highly recommend them.”

“I have visited this branch many times in the last year, either for an eye problem, my baby's eye checkup or getting glasses. I had wonderful service from everyone. The opticians are great, thorough and make you comfortable. I even returned the first pair of glasses with no problems because I could not get used to the varifocal lenses and I got my current ones that I love. The only issue that I would like to point for improvement is that sometimes there is no answer when calling them, you need to be persistent and wait longer or call again.”
