Fantastic service. Was seen immediately after stating I had an emergency with my eye. Optometrist himself recommended an effective treatment which healed up my eye in 24 hours. I had confidence in what he was saying which made me feel reassured.

I was greeted as I entered the store Had no wait to have my eyes tested I was informed of the price and how long the process would be for my new lens The staff were all very helpful and friendly and worked well as a team I have used this store on a number of occasions as has my family over a number of years with no problem

Been here a few times over the last 4, 5 years. Just kept getting worse and eventually I experienced some really terrible service from some of the front of house staff.
