Arrived at bay. Said I was booked in. Kwik Fit guy leaning against the pillar, shrugs his shoulders and said "So...? The reception is in there" The guy's stinking attitude was the same, a few months ago at an MOT booking. Other guy's were really nice. Unfortunately, I will take my business elsewhere now.

Superb beyond words .I had a flat tyre and pulled off the road I went to halfords first because they were nearest .I explained to the guy in Halfords that I had a flat tyre.He asked if I had booked the car in.I explained that I lived in the North side of the city and I had a flattyre.He then repeated if its not booked in you'll need to wait till Tuesday. Thank goodness for kwikfit they saw me and straight away were polite and appreciated my problem.They quickly resolved my problem and I was on my way .I am so very grateful to them.Thank you a million times

Branch was expecting me and aware of the work to be done. They told me it would take about an hour and indeed an hour later when I returned, the car was all but ready for me. Couldn't have asked for more.

Came down needing my car looked at for a rattle boys were really busy until the manager robby came to see me and put the car straight up for me turned out to be an exhaust shield which he repaired for me when asked how much he told me not to worry just come back when needing any work which I will be absolutely brilliant experience

Graham and David made me feel like family and it?s hard to get that in some company, was booked in for 3pm they got mine done early since they did they job quicker with other vehicles, they both funny telling things they liked about they jobs, people like this are hard to find to make feel comfortable, loved and felt cared about, they passion in they job will take them further I hope Graham gave life advice too that I didn?t expect gain it was top 5 in experience in life thanks boys very best in your futurePs used my friends account to do the reviewFrom Abdirashid tirabi

Came in 10/11 for what I thought was going to be two new tyres but luckily enough Aidan was able to repair me and send me on my way in 25 minutes. Brilliant service would recommend.

Had a really positive experience today - phoned and got same day availability. Great communication and friendly staff. Aiden offered great customer service and dealt with me promtly, I was done within 20min for a wheel balance and wheel change, even filled air in all the other tyres. Thanks again

Friendly, thorough communication. Thank you! Also, when booking, I didn't realise until your website prompted me that our MOT was due, so that was VERY helpful! I'm extending a three year lease by a few months and it hadn't crossed my mind that it would tip me into needing the MOT. Much appreciated.

If you don?t want the wheel hub to be damaged, please don?t choose this store. Make an appointment for a front tire change at this store. When you get home, you find that the wheel hub is scratched.

Had a really positive experience today - phoned in at lunchtime, was told there would be same day availability. When I got there I explained what I thought the problem was and they promised to have a look. They phoned me back saying the work I thought it needed wouldn't be necessary yet and rather than taking the money I expected to fork over saved me the stress and expense, will definitely be returning when the tires do need work!
