If it's busy, they will allocate you an appointment time, and you can either go away and grab a coffee or go browsing, but on this occasion, there was only a couple in, so I was attended to right away. The assistant was very clear and helpful, and resolved my issue in 5 mins! Good old O2!”

“Superb service!Came in today after having spent half the day trying to upgrade via app, chat, and phone, but never got the confirmation email or the documents to sign.The guys in the shop were super helpful and quick to solve my issue, I even got a little extra for the trouble I’d had.All three assistants I met were very polite and good humoured, I even got to speak a bit Welsh! They treated both the customers and each other respectfully and friendly.Definitely my favourite Three-store from today on!”

“This is my service provider, good or bad? Hmm indifferent, although they're all much the same. The good thing is if you visit their shops they're all very good and this one was no exception. The problem arises when the shop cannot deal with your requirements and you need to phone them, a bunch of rogues and charlatans is the best description”

“I took my Google Pixel 5g here for a new battery.Everyone else I messaged or called told me that it would be a 1 week turnaround as they would have to order a new battery as my phone is 3 years old.Even the Google recommend and authorised dealer couldn't repair it within a week.EE took the phone in and replaced the battery within a few hours.I'm not an EE customer which makes this service all the more amazing.Got my phone back as good as new with amazing battery life.Definitely a service worth a 5 star review and a massive thank you.”
