“I think the staff need to visit some sort of training course on how to deal with the general public. They appear to be OK dealing with people they know and have plenty of time for them. I waited around 30mins for a prescription that I was told the previous day was in, but just had to be made up. No apology for keeping you waiting, didn't even look at me just handed the bag.Very ignorant”

“I have a large amount of items on my prescription so have items to pick up every week. Staff 1st class, very helpful. One complaint I have is that I have the same items every month and often have to go back to collect them as they have ran out/ not in stock. Shop knows how often/ when due, could items not be pre ordered for me? Always text me when prescription is ready to be collected. Thank you ladies.”
