She ordered his new card and made what could have been a stressful event for him very simple with her cheery, knowledgeable manner.”

Due to covid account access expired. She went over and above effort to resolve problems within the limits of my vacation. My only negative....she needs to stop smoking! We need lovely people like her to be around when banking is losing the personal touch!”
