“So... I turned up at the right time but wrong month. Fortunately they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. Because of the lockdowns I badly needed to be tested and needed new rims as one of the legs had broken off my current prescription. Because my breathing is compromised I have to take my time and have to say the ladies patience and understanding knew no bounds which I greatly appreciated. I don't do well in enclosed spaces so was able to take breaks and again it was no problem. Looking forward to going back for my new prescription.... Thanks again ladies”
