Cash machine not working and staff refused point blank to do a cash withdrawal. So rude and abrasive. Shop across the road had a free cash machine but bank staff didn't advise me of this. Unhelpful, unfriendly and very unprofessional

Very poor customer service and the woman at the counter was rude. Wanted to change a £50 note and told me I would have to go to Dumfries. I couldnâ??t used their bank as they had too much fraud with £50 notes! The Esso garage down the road had no problems helping me out!

Excellent local bank....helpful and friendly....I dont do internet banking and it's nice to have a friendly face to deal with....long may it continue.....
