Today a black family walks in and the lady roles her eyes in frustration before going to talk to them, "go and do it online" that is just so unprofessional and disrespectful. Reading other reviews I see it's normal at this branch

Been with this bank all my life but switching now . Angry little manager with blonde hair telling me I need to deposit cash using machines and can?t use counter . Also the odd time u are allowed to use the counter there?s nobody there and waiting for ages while all the staff and manager look on . Shocking customer service

Terrible customer service. Seen by Christine who was impatient and rude. Asked how much money I would like to transfer in an open area with no regard for privacy.In balance, I had only one form of ID and not the required two. I would have been happy to come back another time. Additionally in balance the the teller upon initial reception was very helpful and friendly.That said I was repeatedly told to handle all of my business online. Which initially was helpful advice but was insisted upon when I made clear I wanted support from the bank if only for peace of mind when handling large sums of money. The same conversation was had in response to reviewing credit card options and balance limits. Additionally it was insinuated I would be wasting my own, tellers and consultants time.Ultimately culminating in being informed this is a digital only branch which is pushing for maximum digital adoption. This is great, except, what then is the point in the physical branch?

Floor staff were horrible today, was pretty much interrogated upon entry, told them I was lifting over 500 and I was again stopped hastily to ask what I was doing and whatever member of staff that was stood behind me(blue top & glasses) gave me horrible comments, attitude, told me I had attitude and also first asked me if I can?t just transfer whilst standing behind me like seriously? It is payday and for sure I know what I am coming for? Get that sorted out ASAP because that was rediculous, I felt attacked for coming to lift money like seriously? Get a grip of yourselves and your standards, nothing excuses that.

Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional in how they talk to customers. The branch are currently in the process of making all paper note transactions machine only so if you have both notes and coins you have to do 2 different transactions at 2 different locations in branch. The note machines also break regularly and staff refuse to use common sense and put out of order signs on them. Counter service is coin only so you can?t even interact with a human with dealing with your cash. Yet again another company not caring how this all effects disabled and elderly customers. How is that helpful to anyone?

Staff 100% need to be trained better. I was in the branch for 2 hours for an issue that should have taken 10 minutes to resolve. The customer service is nothing short of shocking.

Went in to transfer funds to my lawyer for buying a house. No queue and very professionally helped, they had me check some details to ensure there wasn't a scam, this was a little frustrating but I'm glad they do it. Budget 15-20 mins for a large transaction such as this.

Trying to deal with them after my mum passed away and of the 3 banks I had to visit they are by far the slowest. Not available to speak to until 5th July. Shocking customer service

So 50/50The ladies who work here are phenomenal.Caring, kind, helpful.The male member of staff behind the customer service counter needs to learn how to address customers politely. #MannersMakethMan(Anouther male offered to help me, he was charming and nice, with a full head of hair if that helps)

I would like to say that be extremely careful.when depositing money in Payin Machines..I was depositing money in Payin Machine in Argyle Street Glasgow. The machine Broke down only paying back part of my money.Ahmed assured myself that the remaining money would be paid in next day. Which it wasn't. I contacted The Branch and Kirsty called myself back saying I cannot hear you.and cutting myself off.I then contacted the Complaints Department which Nic Text to say he was investigating the Fraudlently issue. Nic did the investigation in a morning..I thought Ahmed Kirsty or Nic would know the Bank.of Scotland.mission statement (By Your Side).which they never were. I had just came out of Hospital after having Major Brain Surgery Tumour partially removed.and on. CHEMO. I think that Ahmed Kirsty and Nic should realise the not all Disabilities are Visible.This has caused extreme Anxiety and Stress They are not very good Ambassdors representing Bank.of Scotland.Ahmed Kirsty and Nic should .learn to be Assertive and not Aggressive. Someone still has my money Fraudlently.Hopefully someone will reply.and maybe By your Side instead of each others side Fraudlently.
