Horrendous services, parcel out for delivery today - no delivery attempts ever made today. Not the first time they scan it “out for delivery today” and don’t show up! 9/10 couriers for this company are brain dead they can't even knock on a door correctly and deliver a package... their main service. I only use this awful service out of convenience and because I'm forced to, but I am now boycotting the royal mail and so should you to further their company into liquidation, use any other...

I don’t write many reviews, but I have to say, Hayden with Royal Mail here in Peterhead, Scotland went above and beyond any expectations. We had difficulty with redirecting a package from Dover, and they had it here the next day. Amazingly quick, easy and excellent customer service!
