“Extremely helpful and professional staff. I recently had an issue with obtaining a repeat prescription, the staff were very friendly and helpful in regards to this issue. Whilst all of the staff that I interacted with were pleasant and professional, two in particular stood out. I didn't catch their names, but the tall lady with glasses and the lady with orange hair were extremely patient and friendly with me, and were very helpful in resolving my issue.”

“This store is on two levels. Downstairs are cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, snacks and electrical items like shavers, hairdryers etc, while upstairs are the over the counter medicines, the pharmacy, children & toddler accessories and the photo printing area. I have always found the shop staff to be very approachable and helpful. However, I found some of the pharmacy staff to be a bit chaotic. Nevertheless, I can't fault the shop itself.”

“Almost ran-out of my blood-thinning tablets (totally my own fault!) so I rang Rowlands at 9am to ask if the Pharmacist would issue me with a small amount of said tablets to tie me over until my prescription arrived mid next week. I spoke to Elaine, who after a brief chat with the Pharmacist said that would be possible and to call to collect after 9:30am. When I arrived, my whole months prescription allowance was waiting for me! I found this to be quite excellent, above and beyond service. I personally have always found the staff to be polite whenever I've visited.”

The phone was answered straight away and after some searching, mainly due to my Surgery using my first name, although I am known by my second, she located my prescription and made sure it was ready for me.
