The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. In contrast to having to wait in a phone queue, the new method provides the chance to express your concerns using a form whenever it is most convenient for you. I would rather you have the chance to complete these triage forms outside of practice hours too. Apart than that,... read full comment

My mother switched surgeries on account of this surgery being downhill and Claremont bank being uphill. To say nothing of how you book appointments via an app where your statements are how you are triaged, on the first appointment she complained of dramatic weight loss and the response was 'lets just keep an eye on that,... read full comment
