Saw practice nurse not his fault. Told him new medication was making me ill and sick. He asked Dr henshaw if she could change it back to my original medication no phone call or anything so rang up today and guess what still not even been looked at or sorted waited 19 mins on phone I was first in the queue it has now been 26 long hours for nothing. Can't get appointment for a doctor and yet they still haven't had the time to sort this out am so f-----g angry. If it was any of there family it would have been done there and then

Suffice it to say I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. I have been trying for 18 months to get help for cardiac problems . I doubt they will ever see me . ....Too expensive to refer to a consultant .

Absolutey disgraceful. Do not register here, they do not care about your health. Don?t be fooled by the lovely looking surgery. They have lost multiple tests of mine. I waited ages for results for something that hadn?t even been sent off and had been lost. Instead of telling me so I could re do it, I was left in pain waiting. I have since gone in and done it again. They still haven?t followed up with me. I don?t know what?s wrong with me and I?m really worried but they don?t care. They're not bothered and can?t be arsed to spend time investigating and getting to the bottom of it because it?s not simple. When I went in I got completely humiliated by a receptionist who loudly spoke about something really private for all the other patients to hear, she wasn?t discreet in the slightest and couldn?t care there were men sat close to the desk. This morning I called in about a separate matter and was 8th in the queue. 57 minutes later someone finally answers. I am currently having to call back as once again I was promised someone would follow up and they have not. I have been on hold for 40 minutes so far and postion one for 20 of those minutes. Top of the queue for this long, reception clearly just ignores the phones. There is a young man on reception and who sometimes answers the phones, I absolutely cannot fault him and don?t want him tarnished with the same brush. Very kind and caring. When he handles your call things get done. Absolute gem. **update. I have received a a text half an hour before they close telling me they are at capacity today. Well duh. I rang first thing this morning and have only just had a message. Not even a phone call from a doctor. Just fobbed me off to go to the hospital walk in centre. So they know it?s important but still left me all day to respond with no help.

The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. In contrast to having to wait in a phone queue, the new method provides the chance to express your concerns using a form whenever it is most convenient for you. I would rather you have the chance to complete these triage forms outside of practice hours too. Apart than that, excellent system and team.?

My mother switched surgeries on account of this surgery being downhill and Claremont bank being uphill. To say nothing of how you book appointments via an app where your statements are how you are triaged, on the first appointment she complained of dramatic weight loss and the response was 'lets just keep an eye on that, shall we?' No follow up check so we've pushed it with the hospital... and it's cancer. Good job guys. Well spotted.

I was told by midwife that my wife had a 1pm appointment but at the last second they changed it to 1:30pm. My wife hates liars and thus establishment has lied.

New system tuff if you're dyslexic get someone else to fill in the form. Wait minimum 2 days for a reply if you're lucky but hey if its an emergency call 111 or go to the walk in clinic. So why are we signed up with a surgery phones lines useless getting to speak to a doc pot luck sadly it's going down hill fast and I used to rav how good this surgery was!

Just sat waiting for an hour for someone to answer the phone, kept getting told I was caller no 1. Then a recorded message told me they had reached capacity and was unable to take anymore calls!!! Complete & utter joke. New appointment system in place, but don't need an appointment need to speak about my medication. Obviously whoever was answering the phone was going on lunch & couldn't be bothered to take my call.

Disgusting customer service from your reception staff keeping me on hold for 30mins to be told all bookings have to be made online now unless its a emergency or call back on Monday your practice is a joke your staff are a joke on the reception.

The most incompetent medical practice I?ve ever dealt with. 3rd time collecting prescription to be told it?s not been sent by the GP and then having to chase.

Struggling to even get a hold of them, they apparently open at 8 am, I tried calling at 8am, still not able to get through to anyone at 8:15 amI keep being met with the automated message that the gp is closed when I try to book an appointment.
