“Love this shop.. The main reason is the staff I have witnessed the staff go above and beyond so many times from helping the elderly use their phone to call a taxi to helping people pack the shopping I don't mind waiting that little bit longer to be served when the staff are this helpful..”

“Staff are great here. Always happy. Sad to see the wall of shame near the entrance but good on them for putting up pictures of the shop lifters. Just shocks you there is so many of them.”

“A weekly shopping trip, I found the staff helpful and friendly. Just try and avoid school run times as car park gets rammed, but the main centre park is available as a overflow.”

“Brookside premier shop is an excellent local shop who caters for every one's different needs with the post office being inside the is so very convenient and stays open as long as the shops open the owner even says if we don't supply it we will try and get it”

“Popped in this morning to get a cooked chicken and there was a 30 minute wait until ready . The lady suggested I treated myself to a coffee whilst I waited . I popped to the cafe and had 2 crumpets and a coffee . The lady off the deli counter came and found me to say the chicken was ready and kept it to the side for me which was really kind of her . Everyone in the store today were just wonderful and helpful and the guy In the cafe was super friendly. Thankyou all so much”

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, unlike all the shops that are involved in some sort of legal issues. So, I'm supporting good people and a good shop. I will now continue to choose your shop as my go-to store. Your shop has everything needed for the house, with everyday items you would expect to find in a corner shop. Your staff is exceptional, as I have had the pleasure of meeting each one of them. Therefore, I awarded a star for everything I found commendable in your shop, which were the first five things that came to mind when writing this review. My only complaint is that the drop curb outside the shop does not extend the full length of your shop frontage, but I understand that this is a matter involving the council and the government.”

“Large store with plenty of choice. Friendly customer service and was clean, tidy and well stocked.Was a nightmare getting in and out of the retail park itself. Def. need your wits about you!”

“I think the guys name is Glenn, black beard and glasses. He helped me with the self serve machine when it swallowed my money. He explained what happened and was fully understanding of the problem and came up with a solution. I could not praise the guy enough top bloke and really helpful.”

“Some very good products especially if you have a Tesco card some are no cheaper than other storesToilets and cafe which is good value.clothes are good but having no fitting rooms I find it difficult to buy anything as if it's not suitable not easy to bring it back.some nice household goods”

“Nice little supermarket for the essential supplies.. also has a post office inside which is a big plus point.. there are parking spaces outside including disabled parking bays.. other businesses are around as well like a fish bar, vets, dentist, a charity shop etc so u can park once and finish multiple chores.. best part about this tesco express is that its open until 11 pm even on weekends!. Probably the only place I know in Telford where u can buy grocery stuff after 4 on a weekend”

“I regularly visit this cafe with my baby daughter when dropping my husband off to work in the area.Food and drink are very reasonably priced and the service is almost always brilliant.Cereal and milk is 60p and a pot of tea and cake is £3!I am breastfeeding my daughter and have never been made to feel uncomfortable by staff or customers. There seems to be a lovely customer base at this particular Morrisons”

“Been using click & collect for a while now for weekly shopping, normally go on a weekend. There's a young chap called Ben with dark hair who is really polite, helpful and friendly. I see him most of the time and even when it gets super busy keeps his calm and good customer service for everyone.The app and online shopping page are fairly easy to use and substitutions for out of stock items are not too bad either.”
