“Wasn't a bad stop of the day. I went with my mum so I wasn't personally shopping for myself. This store was quite quiet considering how it was on my first visit not long after the 2nd lockdown.There's a lovely selection of child & adults clothes. The store is kept well maintained and tidy. Overall it wasn't bad to visit on this day and the time I had visited the store.”

“Good service - just ordered a replacement leisure battery - the chap brought it up to the counter and said “ this is very heavy - “ I said if I could borrow the shops sack truck - he said I will get it and wheel it out to your car . “My Adult daughter is neuro diverse and was struggling because she forgot her pin number, the young girl on the till was absolutely amazing, patient, understanding and supportive too. In a very busy shop Eve was able to keep calm and sort herself out and left feeling happy rather than leaving feeling lime she had been a problem which happens far too often . I was a very impressed mum. Thank you so much for being so kind”

“Good store with good staff. Could do with a bit of redecorating as looking a bit tired. Now that everything is next day delivery not sure why they don't expand the range further. There is a medium size range to choose from but in high numbers of the same size, e.g. the same t-shirt in large size 6 times on the same rail.”

“We are so lucky in this area to still have a M & S , love the food hall and do our weekly shop here, and the clothing section is excellent including the prices... A little disappointed today when the assistant on the till in food hall was on her mobile, and didn't speak until she'd finished what she was doing on it.. “Went to by some trainers for gym sessions. The assistant Jess pointed out that the ones I had chosen were a fashion trainer and not suitable for running or gym sessions.It’s nice to see someone take the time to make sure the customer gets a product which is suitable”

“I was extremely impressed by a lovely gentleman called Steve at asda yeovil I am disabled and a wheelchair user some silly people had left chicken bones and pop cartons allsorts of rubbish in the disabled trolley Steve went out of his way to clean the trolley and even went out to help me get my shopping in the car and get the wheelchair in this lovely gentleman deserves a treat if asda managers read this please could you surprise him with something he absolutely deserves it it's not quite often you find a true gentleman thank you so much Steve god bless you ?”
