Toilets unclean, long queue for coffee. Certainly not up to a standard that I associate with M&S.

I travelled 30 miles to buy a velvet dress which was shown on line to be available in store. Neither I or a very helpful member of staff who came and offered assistance could find the dress. She contacted the changing rooms- with no luck. She did not give up at this point but finally tracked down the item in the stock room.... read full comment

Busy but calm. Very obliging staff. Lots of tempting stuff on offer. One of our party needed to borrow a wheelchair inside. No problem. One was brought in 5 mins.Nice coffee and tea in café.
