The worst company ever! We waited a month to pick up our broken TV, now we are waiting 3 weeks for any information about the repair! no one answers the phone with no contact! please be careful with this company, it's the biggest mistake! Samsung should terminate the contract with them!!

Brilliant experience. Called me to arrange second appointment as needed. The engineer Martin was absolutely amazing he was very punctual and efficient at his job. He went the extra mile where he could to ensure I was happy with the repair afterwards. Thank you Martin!

Sadly just terrible. Samsung fridge freezer under Warranty.. Arranged via them for engineer to visit two days later. This was cancelled as they had no staff and a further apt made two weeks after initial contact. Very personable pleasant chap arrived, changed a few bits and left. Sadly freezer still not working.
