My TV developed a fault under warranty, Martin dawes approved repairer. Had my TV over 5 weeks . Finally got a text message saying would be delivered 5 days ago as of this date . Didn't turn up ,no message no call tried ringing don't answer phone or return messages .Still non the wiser about when getting my TV back .Worst company I have dealt with .

They were recommended by Samsung after our Washer Dryer broke. We have been without a washing machine for three weeks now. We?ve had the engineer come to ?fix it? twice, and the second time he came with the wrong part ordered. No apologies or reassurance that this would be fixed immediately. We have spent hundreds of pounds taking our clothes to the launderette whilst they take their time to do their job. And the best they can offer is another visit in a week?s time and £14 off our bill. Avoid at all costs, they?re highly unprofessional and have no respect for their customers.

Excellent service!The engineer James came to my house to fix my Samsung appliance, very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok. James is a credit to the company. Can?t recommend Martin Dawes enough

Absolutely appalling company. Quick at taking your money for a 10 minute engineer assessment. Then don't bother to contact you any further about the repair. They never answer the phone and the call back service is a joke.Avoid if possible.

Collection service as dont repair at your premises. They have had soundbar over a week now and you are not not kept informed of any progress on the repair or when you will receive your item back .They do not reply to emails

Martin Dawes is really hard to get hold of. They take hours to hold the phone.That said their technician who picked up the device was friendly and arrived on time.

The worst company ever! We waited a month to pick up our broken TV, now we are waiting 3 weeks for any information about the repair! no one answers the phone with no contact! please be careful with this company, it's the biggest mistake! Samsung should terminate the contract with them!!

Brilliant experience. Called me to arrange second appointment as needed. The engineer Martin was absolutely amazing he was very punctual and efficient at his job. He went the extra mile where he could to ensure I was happy with the repair afterwards. Thank you Martin!

Sadly just terrible. Samsung fridge freezer under Warranty.. Arranged via them for engineer to visit two days later. This was cancelled as they had no staff and a further apt made two weeks after initial contact. Very personable pleasant chap arrived, changed a few bits and left. Sadly freezer still not working. Gave ot two days to be sure. Rang a number of times on the last occasion giving having listened to elevator music for 50 mins. Email sent, no response. Called Samsung now on four occasions who promised Martin Dawes would call the next day. This they haven't done. How on earth they keel the contract with Samsung is beyond me. Deeply disappointed and would advise not buying products from Samsung if they are using Martin Dawes as support. Dreadful.

Abysmal/Non-Existent customer service!The company is an approved repair for Samsung TV's, but doesn't take any notice of the details they receive, and doesn't keep any of the appointments they agree to. I ended up taking days off work, to wait in for them coming, despite having agreed dates for when they would arrive.It's not even possible to contact them by phone, as they are always too busy!!! (Why not get more staff then, and perhaps try people that would like to provide an effective customer service?)I've ended up having to find out who the Directors are, so that I could write directly them. Only time will tell!At time of writing, I wouldn't even have given 1 star, if that had been an option!Terrible company, AVOID if possible.I've also made an official complaint to Samsung, in the hope they will investigate this, and perhaps find an alternative repairer - hopefully one that want's to serve customers on it's behalf!

Where to start.Referred from Samsung, MD have had my TV for just-shy of 4 weeks at the time of writing this review. LONG story short... They ignore calls and emails, constantly. Even with having phoneline issues (could've let me know), they still have not responded to a single email I've sent asking for an update on the TV repair.I cannot strain how much I would AVOID this company.I've been chasing via Samsung direct and hope to get my TV back soon...It's been absolutely ridiculous. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Booked my TV in for a repair. Job was done in just over a week and is back in working condition. No complaints there. However, communication is lacklustre. Very hard to get in contact and recieve a reply regarding updates on your repair. Overall I would definitely reccomend there services.
