An absolutely pathetic experience, the ladies at the store are very rude and never willing to help. They were laughing on us as we left after an argument, and not just that ive been here multiple times but spme of them hardly even make eye contact as if we are talking to the walls. The staff here really needs training on...

Poor experience from the off, messed my prescription up twice.Had a retest and the 2nd optician was rude and kept getting interrupted during the test.Glasses returned for full refund, never again and taking my custom back to boots.
