Friendly company, lacks the staff presence sometimes but prices are OK and their own brand dog food is great value for money and our dogs love it. I found the receptionist at the Meadowhall vet practice very rude, uncaring and unprofessional.After missing my appointment, due to an unexpected event, to take my puppy for her 2nd vaccine I called the store to apologise and to try to arrange to bring my puppy that same day. Heads up, they don't sell fish 20 minutes before closing. I could write more, but I can not be arsed. One thing I will say is I've had a snail ingestion from buying a live aquarium plant from here.
