“I ordered a set of WiFi headphones by telephoning the Lichfield branch . The person I spoke to was very helpful and said the date he expected the headphones would be in the shop and that someone would call me to advise when they were available to be picked up (which I had given as my preferred option).I arranged a day to pick them up. When I arrived at the shop (very easy to find, thanks to directions on the website), I gave my details and the package was quickly found.The headphones are perfect for my needs and shopping with Richer Sounds was so easy !”

“Professional staffing of a professional company from start to finish! Turnaround for the bicycle servicing was quick, if I'd have brought it in earlier I'm sure I could've had it back the same day, although the next day was good enough.Needed a new chain, as the old one had broken also two innertubes. Opted for the Bronze service package, which is well worth the money, not being an excessive cyclist.The gears had been a little problematic for a while, which I think put strain on the chain, although when the bike was returned, the gears responded well under the usual pressures.I think even the bell recieved some TLC!I hope the company is duly proud of all their staff....”
