“I went there this morning and I had a good time over there. Charlotte Rushton was an absolute darling! Really humble and ready to help. An elderly lady(don’t know her name?)whom attended to me initially before Charlotte was a great help too…bless her. Thanks to you two beautiful women. I really appreciate your kindness and help.”

“I don't know why this branch receives such poor feedback, it's one of the best. Staff always pleasant and helpful, friendly and accomodating. Yes, you have to queue but that isn't the staff's fault, blame NatWest, they're the ones that closed all the other branches down making this one so busy. If you need to be served at the counter, expect a wait, if not and you use the machine, it's no trouble at all and always staff on hand to help. Absolutely brilliant, if you want to see bad banking in practice, turn left out of the door, then left again and go into Barclays. They're that bad there isn't a cashier on most days and the machines are constantly out of service. 100% NatWest all the way”
