“We were greeted on arrival but not felt pushed by this. They even opened the store ten minutes early as we arrived earlier than the opening times. We were advised to use the computerized scheme which helped to test the correct mattress that suits your needs. From there we were advised of the mattresses that would be most comfortable for us. We were allowed to have time to ourselves to test out what was pointed out to us along with advise on the correct pillow to complete the comfort. A nice cup of coffee was served to us before we wanted to make our minds up in which was the correct purchase for our needs. We were served by Jane who was very pleasant and helpful, not pushy in making a sale and wanted to ensure we were happy in our choice of mattress and divan. We purchased our previous bed from Dreams and returned because were we happy with the time they take with you. All the aftersales was discussed with us; the eight year guarantee, etc. I would definitely recommend 'Dreams' to anyone thinking of purchasing a new bed.Thank you 'Dreams'Tracey”

“Large selection of teas and hot chocolate. You can choose a really good tea, because in regular stores there is very little choice. You can try delicious hot chocolate for free. The staff is excellent.”

“It's a stationery store which sells paper, paper products, printers etc.. DHL express service point is inside this business. The store was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and available for any queries. I even found some printers at a lower price than it appeared on the websites. For printing bulk documents, they do a favorably lower price. As there were no titles on the aisle, it's a bit tricky to find the items.”

“One of the smaller ones , but you can get most stuff here. The only main issues is if you have anything heavy on a trolley, your better of moving your car to the enterance than pushing the trolley up the car parks steep hill”

“We had a faulty sensor on a brand new boiler and had no heating for 7 days, we have a baby aswell. We'd rang the manufacturer and they weren't helpful at all. Our engineer rang Wolseley and they said it was OK to take a part off another boiler and use it. Thank you Chris at Wolseley. Top class service 👍”

“This used to be one of our favourite stores unfortunately like most of the others at this moment in time the amount of products and the quality seems to have declined,also not enough staff on tolls as had to queue up for over5-10 mins, and they had no large carrier bags for large items.”

“Nice big store with a lot of nice home furnishings and decor in. Lovely soft furnishings with lots of selection to choose from. There's a large car park in front of it so plenty of spaces for parking. Easy to get around and friendly helpful staff.”

The whole journey went smoothly.Delivered in perfect condition setup by the delivery guys, they explained how to set the corner suite and its functions. “My autistic sons kiddizoom camera stopped working last night.....my husband ordered another from argos festival park to be collected straightaway ..this was at 6 54 ....we didbt know closing time was 7 o clock anywY he phoned his mumto ask ifvshe could collect it for us as I was at work ... she drove there and it was just closing however she knocked on the window and shutter and a member of staff came and politely explained they were closed .. she explained that she needed to collect this item as it was for her autistic grandson who was in the middle of a meltdown due to his camera not working ....the lovely member of staff took her inside and allowed the purchase to take place ....thank you so much argos ...your kindness and understanding made my autistic son very happy ...all it takes is a little understanding well done argos festival park”
