Customer service was poor. Asked to try on some trainers but waited a long time whilst others were being served and trainers were retrieved from the store room. I had to remind the server of what we’d asked for. Staff didn’t seem to enjoy their work and the store was disorganised. Caps and bags were left on the floor, as someone had left their job to do something else. I ended up picking items up as customers were stepping on them. Plenty of staff around so don’t think it was a staffing issue.

Always the latest trainers (sneakers) whatever ya call them nowadays. Buy some bits of clothing from there, but it's all supply and demand really, apart from the known brands, Adidas, Nike etc. Prices are high but not as bad as foot asylum for the same trainers. So beggers the question why are they so cheap at JD. When just opposite there 200 pounds dearer for the same brand. So king of trainers, I think not. Son loves it though. The shop is a like a shrine to him. Loves it.

Don't do many large sizes, went for my husband to get a racer back t shirt but they don't do them, had a little look around but not much variety, the staff are more interested in themselves and how they look, so not bothered when a middle aged woman goes in and enquires about an item

So overpriced. Expect to be bumped around on a busy day by a million 14 year olds all looking to wear the exact same thing with the 30 quid they were given by their parent to get them away from them for a few hours on a Saturday.
