“Sketchers for granddaughter bought from here reasonably priced assistant very helpful. The sneakers for girls were nearly non-existent, and that's why I bought Sketchers. No suitable school shoes though, as with school regulations plain black, no shiny or decoration allowed on shoes. But got a pair from elsewhere.”

She seemed like the manger and she was lovely!I was looking for some shoes and they didn’t have them in stock but the same lady went out of her way to look for them on the converse website even though I didn’t ask (I did buy them so thank you!)She ask helped my partner with creating an account to save money in the future and talked him through the perks.Thank you again we will be back!!”

“Got some great bargains, trainers, shorts and t shirts. I had an issue with the pricing, which was handled with a considerate approach by all involved, even when I got angry with the Supervisor. He accepted my apology and continued to help me out with a further product I wanted. Got to be challenging, keeping the value in the quality products against all odds in today's climate so think the staff deserve high credit and top respect in deed.”
“Popped in here to pick a click and collect order up and had a shop around well in there, had a lovely selection of boys clothing and pretty reasonable prices to be honest, seemed to have some good homeware too, it's a shop I always forget about but was pleasantly surprised”

“This store no doubt is the only best store in Stoke for your footwear, I was served by the most beautiful of women (which is a bonus). She had amazing henna art on her hands and the most wonderful voice known to man, a true beauty. She helped me with my packaging, and was polite, very softly spoken and an incredible asset to sports direct. I hope that the store values her and looks after her as good staff are hard to come by and amazing staff are like needles in haystacks - she truly was amazing.So lady....was it really me you were looking for?”
