Went on a Sunday morning and it was absolutely packed (opened at 10:30) good clothing good quality, some things aren't labelled properly so make sure to check the clothing items before purchasing to save some stress

Big primark 2 levels. women in ground floor plus 1 level, and baby ? in 1 floor. And 2 floor man and home article. It is nice all staff friendly.

Not very big sizes in the clothes that looked ok. There is a lot of clothes that look awful and misshapen, felt like stuff just put out to fill the shelves.

A good store with ample options. However billing section needs to be improved to cut checkout time.

It's massive. Like 3 floors massive. Only thing I can really fault is the children section is just messy where customers search and dint out back. I had to really search for sizes.

Good shopping centre in the Hanley city centre. Spacious shop with a very good collection. The items are not very expensive and worth the price. This is open till 7:00 pm everyday. Ample parking space in the city centre.
