“Excellent local shop with excellent deals! The staff are always friendly and willing to help anyone. They are vigilant in the safety of not just themselves but also the safety of anyone else that enters the shop by politely asking people to remember to wear face coverings as per government guidelines. The post office in store is very informative and endeavours to deal with all enquiries as quickly as possible. As a loyal customer I cannot recommend this store enough!! “Other frozen food retailers could learn something from Farmfoods. They've got a massive choice of products from brands to their own range. I'm marking down a star as it's their own brand products that let them down as they are quite often packed with water to bulk them up which is disappointing. Also they only stock 2 litre milk which is annoying as I like a full 4 pints. They also don't accept Amex which is the single reason I don't shop there regularly. I also wish they were nearer to a free car park as with Iceland you can park in Ankerside for free of a Sunday and easily take your trolley there. Can't fault them on pricing generally as they've got decent regular offers. I'd caution them against having offers which needlessly get you to buy more than you would probably use. Other than that over all, it's a decent shop and would be happy to go there every week.”

“Great store. Plenty of space for car parking. Generally well stocked, although the past few weeks could've been better (imagine this is part of the bigger challenges around supply chain, Covid, Brexit etc). Staff are always pleasant and the prices blow the competition away. Only draw back I think is due to its location on the busy Glascote Road, as when you need to exit right you'll need to rely on luck that people let you out. Will definitely be coming back for the foreseeable!”

“Used to be my main shopping supermarket, however changes to loyalty system, and often item's on weekly discount offers are not in the store , I now find my first choice is Aldi.Otherwise products are of good quality,& priced competitively.”

“Had excellent customer service from Tracey who works on Lingerie section. She fitted a bra for me & selected various styles for me to try on. Tracey was brilliant, very patient, very thorough & explained how the bra needs to fit. I have been to other stores for Bra fitting & they have not been as thorough or the right fitted, as the ones I brought on Wed from M & S. The service & support from Tracey was outstanding.”

“Amazing shop, if I want milk it's like, I will just go to Tesco and a little while later I have milk. Same with crisps, or a sandwich.If I want other things, often they have those as well. Depending on what precisely it is I want. Usually I know in general what they have their so if I want, say, a knouting iron for my boat I won't to go here. But if it's milk I am after, or a tea bag then sure, this is the place.”

“I don’t ever leave reviews but I just want to praise the manager and staff member working on Monday 6th September 2022 at around 8pm. A group of friends and I got lost around the area whilst travelling from birmingham to Nottingham, i was absolutely desperate to go to the toilet and this Tesco was the closest one with a fuel station.I went in and was greeted warmly by the cashier whom I asked if they had a toilet, she advised that there was not a public toilet for customers however a McDonalds was close by. I thanked her and was about to walk back with my sad face when she said she’d ask her manager. I was so surprised that she was actually willing to help me without me asking again; I said please and briefly explained how we were lost due to poor navigation.A manager then came out, he was super friendly and without me saying anything he led the way. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO SEE A PUBLIC TOILET!As I left the manager asked me if I would be ok getting back and honestly this purely made my day happier. I thanked them profusely and it made me realise what good customer service is.It was genuinely the most welcoming Tesco’s I had ever been to and Tesco definitely needs more staff like these two. The staff here were willing to quickly assist me with the most amazing customer service without even knowing if I would even buy anything from their store. They welcomed me as a human and not a customer which felt so good, I wish I had gotten their names :(”

“25 August 2023 - We are on holiday on a narrowboat and had visited the Fazeley store a couple of times during the day. At 6.30pm we decided to have a Chinese takeaway and whilst I wait for the food my husband walked back to the boat with our two dogs. He got to the canal and our independent cockapoo decided she was going to come and find me. Luckily (not sure how she crossed the busy road without being knocked down) she went to Tesco Express (where she had sat outside twice earlier in the day). We’d like to thank the staff for being prompt and call the number on her tag. You are amazing and things could have been so different as she (and we) didn’t know the area. “Local morrisons about 10 mins walk from our house, abit smaller than most morrisons I've experienced but staff are always friendly and you get a good selection of food.”

“It's a smaller store on the motorway services on the M42 junction 10. It stocks the usual high quality M and S food products. Easy access from the car park. Just bear in mind Covid restrictions.”

“A well sized and stocked supermarket with a convenient location, usually the cheapest fuel in the area (alongside the ASDA and Morrisons), and an interior Argos which is useful. If the prices scare you (they certainly got me), though, you're never far from cheaper options.”

“I didn't do any shopping but dropped off an international parcel for collection by an international courier company. I'm not sure if all companies do collections from Costcutter, but I only saw a sign for Evri. This was very handy as it saves some money on home collection charges.”
