I am a completely satisfied customer and not an employee of The Royal Mail.Most recently, I wasn't in to accept two separate but important deliveries. I resigned myself to having to wait a couple of days over the weekend before I could collect the first but, my Postie had spotted it and brought it out the next day. After missing the most recent important delivery my Wife rearranged re-delivery online which, due to the bank holiday would be three days later. A quick phone call to the office on the following Saturday morning and my parcel was delivered within the hour.Thank you so much. Your service is impeccable, something which is becoming quite rare these days.”
