Awful mail service, letters for hospital appointments arrive two weeks late and four weeks after being sent, aggressive and nasty manageress. It’s time a new private company replaced incompetent service, most of the staff can be seen on weekdays hanging around the big rec toilets!!!

Horrible service … card “something for you “ wasn’t left , they still keep opening hours since Covid so probably won’t be able to collect my parcel .. this place certainly need new staff
