Highly unimpressed. The Argos "Returns, refunds & exchanges" policy is a lie. It states: "Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it? Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. (We’re nice like that.)" However, they completely refused to refund me on a cd player that wasn't fit for purpose.
I tried writing to the Argos head office and received this reply: "we would not be in a position to take any further action in relation to this matter".
This is not good enough.

The cashier Hannah insisted on obtaining from me something with my signature to process my refund for bread maker I bought and was returning. I gave her the receipt, the credit card I used to pay for the item, another store card with my signature. She was not satisfied. I was asked for my driving licence. I gave her my driving licence. She then processed my refund. I will not be shopping at argos suffolk retail park again. Too much hassle. Nobody asked to see proof of identity when taking your money but when they should give it back it's a hassle. Poor customer service. Hannah you need training.

House of many treasures! Alas, insufficient seating in waiting area. Staff very helpful, (though unattractive).
Plenty parking, but takes a while to exit busy car park on weekend afternoons.

No fault to staff they are all brilliant , however I have been waiting for 40minutes for items and still waiting , a poor man on his own at front of house running around back and forth, only one lady on till and another lady running around whom is heavily pregnant whom I also saw carrying a very large box and climbing a ladder !!!!, these poor staff ARGOS THIS IS DISCUSTING, restricting how many hours management are allowed to spend on staff working , this is an extremely busy period of year so I can understand waiting but your poor staff I feel sorry for them being treated this way YOU NEED TO SORT IT OUT !!!!!!!
