“Always a great place to get reasonably priced fixings and hardware. Nearly always in stock or next day delivery if not. Hard to find anywhere that beats them on price for general fixings although they are unbranded.Only 4 stars as I don’t like the trade credit card constantly being pushed. But that’s their Job!”

“A fantastic experience today. Going in with a 2.5 year old I was dreading it however a super child friendly gentleman Terry greeted us with a friendly smile and said he had a colouring book and pencils if we needed them. With a little race to the carpets and a sit down doing some colouring and making paper aeroplanes, we came away with a great price for the carpet and a fun and friendly service with Terry. Parents that need to take their children with them to shop in household shops dread the toddler meltdown however friendly, kind and patient staff make the experience so much more bearable. “The only second hand bookshop I could find in Ipswich. Nice collection of books mostly in good condition. Price cheap mostly. I love going through their collection whenever I have some time. Bought some great old comics and novels from here.”

“We were given an excellent service, by Dom, offered us coffee ☕ I went on a Sleep Motion bed to establish what type of mattress would suit me, as I suffer from lower back pain. Then we laid on various beds to see which one would suit us the best. Dom had a lot of knowledge about different beds etc. Excellent service can not fault the service and we came away, after buying a king size mattress and divan.”

“Went into this store to look at dishwashers as ours had broken. Having chose one, the store assist asked us if we'd shopped there before, to which we replied "I can remember looking but don't know if we bought here" he looked through the system & found that we had actually bought our last dishwasher there so arranged to get ours repaired as it was still under warranty (bought it almost 3 yrs ago) Amazing customer service, he could have easily just sold us a new one at £300 & we wouldn't have known any difference.”

“Big car park. Lots of spaces walked into the shop. Lots of Christmas decorations. Beautiful layout. Lovely shop. Thoroughly enjoyed looking around. They've got everything dishwashers cookers washing machines Christmas tremens baby stuff blankets towels, bed clothes ,Christmas trees , chocolates ,books, toys, it's got everything in it , such a beautiful shop. It Has an upstairs, has a lift, right next to Waitrose and a cafe. What more could you want for a day out shopping?”

“Quite spacious and well set out. At the moment they have s sale on so our granddaughter was in her element! There was a variety of prices so suited most people. The shop was clean with one small exception and when it was pointed out, a cleaner was called to deal with it very quickly. There was plenty of car parking spaces with a good number of disabled spaces close to the door.”

“Brought a pine bed at a reasonable price.but the mattress what come with the bed is no good.i can feel springs digging into my back.i got told if you can squeeze the mattress together with one hand then it's no good.but apart from that lovely staff fast delivery.”
