Went in looking for toilet parts not in stock but orded and be in next day : went in to pick up part didn't turn up but was told another depot had one but would take another day or so to get it so I decided to go over to Derby Rd store: again no stock the young lady very helpful located one in Stowmarket so a long trip... read full comment
