Been coming to this shop for years to get my bike repaired, came in recently and will never be coming back again the absolute rudeness from a member of staff, customer service was shocking made to feel very unwelcome I must say it wasn't the owner he's a nice chap but from now on I will take my service elsewhere.

Went in there on bank holiday weekend, with a pram tyre that needed to be repaired, was fixed within two minutes, friendly staff and very helpful will definitely use them again and recommend

Been a few years since I shopped here but still thought worth sharing my experience. Really prompted by having a much better experience from Elmy in town.
