I have recently moved into the area and there had been a lot of confusion and misunderstanding when I was trying to establish repeat prescriptions via a new GP. I was quite upset when told this morning that there was no record of me at Boots Pharmacy. But instead of just dismissing me with a "next!" I was questioned about what had happened thus far and they took the time and trouble to resolve everything. A level of customer service that you rarely encounter these days which left me impressed and reassured. Thank you.”
