Very rude sales assistant or manager, not sure who she was. On Google, it says 9 am opening on a Monday. I arrived at 9.15am and she said through the window they're open at 9.30am. That's ok. I went back at 9.30 am, and she looked at me and gave me an evil look, and didn't say anything. They didn't open until after 9.35...

Great clothes shop for the ladies and the Guildford store today, Sunday, had wonderful staff. Didn't have our size in the shop but managed to phone another store and have sent to our house. Great service
