“Went to collect my parcel and there was nowhere to park outside. I had to park further down the road and had my 1 year old with me ( I had no pram so was carrying my son) . The tall, brown haired man at the sorting office got my parcels and helped me by carrying them to my car. Just wanted to say thank you and that it was very much appreciated.”

Staff there is very friendly and helpful, I went to send my driving license and one of the staff members ( Nick ) was very kind and helpful, he had even corrected some of my mistakes on the form and put a note to the sender reminding it’s my BRP in there!
