If you want someone to break your goods and keep your money you are at the right place.I paid for shipping my ceramic lot with full insurance. Most of the items arrived broken. I sent photos and asked for compensation the day our boxes arrived.I have to say that the packing was not professional and inefficient. have a look... read full comment

I used these when I needed an item collecting from an auction house and delivering to me but didn't read the reviews online before booking. Delivery took over 5 weeks and I actually had to contact the auction house to chase them up before anything was done! Communication was virtually non-existent.
