Problem on taps that I bought 15/20 yrs ago, sent Steve a picture, he immediately identified the tap and obtained the part, job done. Couldn't have asked for or got better service all based on his knowledge of his products, thanks again.

Fantastic plumbing and bathroom shop. Staff are attentive and very thorough. Came in for a tap cartridge and the staff took their time in identifying the right part and gave helpful advice about another issue. Couldn’t fault them at all and would return without hesistation
