“I visited the store following losing my phone the weekend previous and wanted to know what options were available. As soon as I came into the store I was greeted and Aimee took time to listen to what had happened and sat down with me to look at the options. Luckily, I was at a point in my contract where I could upgrade and so this was what I chose to do. Aimee was very patient and explained the upgrade to me, she took the time to talk about insurance and to work out the best plan for me based on what I said. I felt that I was listened to and that Aimee empathised with what had happened and wanted to find the best option for me. Overall, I was really impressed with the service I received as a whole and could not have asked for anything further. Aimee also discussed other offers and deals that were available in the store which were good to hear and one which my Mam who was with me purchased. I would recommend the store to others and would happily return should I need anything further.”
