As I need to pay for my medication for the next few weeks I was asked if I was aware of the pre paid prescriptions that you can do online, I hadn’t been told about it by health professionals and knew nothing about it previously. Fabulous positivity vibes.On another note, boots team valley are much faster than Well - Birtley pharmacy in producing my medication I waited 10 days last week. This week when I requested boots efficiently issued them in 3 days, so basically a good choice in switching.”
“A small pharmacy in Dunston that carries the full range of goods you would expect from a chemist. It can be difficult to park nearby and although there always seems to be a lot of staff in there it can take some time to be served of there is anybody else in there.”

“Today I visited the store to purchase a fathers day gift however I had been in the day before and they was a problem with my advantage card, the staff told me to ring a helpline which I was unable to do at the time however I came back the next day and was served by a gentleman named Jay. Jay was very polite & friendly, he took his time to listen to the problem and tried different options to solve it. In the end I was able to purchase the product with a advantage card and received a great discount! Thanks Jay great customer service ?”
