“One of the best examples of high quality customer service that I have ever received. I required an emergency prescription, which had not been issued due to the negligence of my own GP. After contacting them, they then issued the wrong prescription. My GP then closed and I was in absolute panic. Marco Piazzetta went up and beyond to help me sort this issue by ringing different places on my behalf and talking me through what we could do. He was absolutely amazing and got me my emergency prescription that day. Can not thank him enough!”
