“I went to the pharmacy today for my flu jab.i don't know the name of the pharmacist who was dealing with me,a young beautiful lady who has a heart of gold.ive been having a really hard few years and she asked me how I was and I had a meltdown.she sat and held my hand and listened to me for about 40 minutes and I have to let yous know how much she helped me .she went above and beyond for me and I really really appreciate it thank you so much xxx”
“Just went to buy some pain relief and as I walked into the pharmacy was told to stand outside, totally fare enough but the way I was spoken too was outright abrupt and rude. Another very nice lady who worked there then made up for her colleague by saying good bye to me and letting out of the door like I was an actual human being. Be nice it costs nothing. Thank you to the lovely colleague.”

“I visited Bousteds Pharmacy on Boxing Day night after my Neice was unable to obtain antibiotics which were prescribed for her young daughter by the Out Of Hours GP service. She had tried numerous pharmacies in Washington and Sunderland but, due to the supply issues, she was unable to get them. She contacted the Out Of Hours GP who arranged for an alternative prescription to be issued, however she still had difficulty in obtaining this. I visited Bousteds Pharmacy and was met by Mark and his team who immediately took away all of the worry. They searched for the two prescriptions and they had some of the original antibiotics in stock and arranged for these to be dispensed promptly. Mark took all the worry away by listening to my concerns and offering to help as much as he could. As I was waiting, he also provided the same empathetic support to other customers who were experiencing similar supply issues. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.”
