“This is my local pharmacy. They are excellent. Today I attended as my 7yr old was unwell. He was assessed straight away and we left with everything we needed. Thanks for helping a worried mum who may have otherwise sat for hours at a walk in center.Good quality medical advice delivered in a kind and caring manner.”

“This pharmacy is understaffed . Signs are up now to alert customers to a longer wait time .Used it for years . The staff are being faced with high demand and customer complaints which are not helpful and do not make any difference to the wait time .Spoke with one of the members after listening to a barrage of abuse.Was awful . It is a pharmacy not a sweet shop. The staff are extremely helpful always have been and are informative, no issues letting you know the facts regarding the pressures. If you don't want to wait the option is always there to go elsewhere . Overhead a customer in the queue mention his partner could die . I think a&e is the best place not a shop. Couldn't imagine having to deal with people like this day in and day out . The Staff deserve a lot more . If you are told to wait then wait . Your are not more important than the person in front . Shocking the self entitlement of some .”

“Past bad reviews since covid, I feel are unfair. Every NHS linked service has been overwhelmed & understaffed. A new system was put in place which caused problems. Now they are back to a smooth running service. I couldn't give better reviews of the staff. They're all so helpful and friendly. It shows they care. Matt (pharmacist) is very knowledgeable and professional. All the staff are very down to earth, friendly and without judgement. Emma, especially. So don't let the bad, misinformed reviews put you off”

“I always find the are very helpful and polite and yes you have to wait sometimes for your prescription but remember they have a great amount to get ready so if it going to take awhile I just pop into shields to pass the time away these people work very hard to get items ready so be polite and respectful it cost nothing”

“I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my prescriptions and I've done about 50+ by now so weird how everyone else has bad experiences... No use coming here to buy anything as theres pretty much nothing here. Use it for prescriptions especially if you use the doctors inside. Staff are okay.”
