Not to my liking regarding a repair to my wife's phone what was got in November

Absolutely terrible. Booked an appointment here and it was no use at all. Kept trying to sell me a new phone when I only wanted the technician to look at an issue I was having with my phone.Made my issue out to be worse than it actually is and demanded £400 to replace the entire phone. So-called "technician" took a 30-second look at it, despite me having an appointment, and determined that they would have to keep it for up to 2 days (when they would probably tell me the same thing again) to give me a QUOTE! They couldn't even tell me that they could get it done then and there, even though I had booked ahead of time and travelled all the way there.Kept saying that they were closing soon, despite having MORE than an HOUR left before their closing time.Throughout the whole interaction, there were subtle hints at trying to force me into an EE contract too! I was told multiple times that I wouldn't have to pay anything if I was with EE - they supposedly have "lifetime warranty". Not helpful!Absolutely disappointed with the service I received here. Will NEVER go back again. Get a new "technician", get new shop "assistants". Going to the Apple shop directly instead.Assistants even pulled a face at my phone as they walked back towards me from the "technician". Disgraceful.

The friendliest store I have been to, in a while. They fixed my phone in a flash with a decent chat while I waited (for quite a while to backup my phone in the store!). Brilliant customer service from Naqeem and Caitlin.In general, I have liked EE - nifty app, good network coverage and great customer service in the store and on the phone. EE's entertainment add-ons such as TNT Sports also offer decent value.

Poor experience in this store. Very few staff in during a busy period. Staff were not really willing to help with an issue. That EE call centre said they should.

Horrible experience. I've been to the store because Samsung asked me to get my Fold 4 repaired as it is within the warranty. The first time I went, I was told that since they are closing in 1 hour, they will rebook me to get it fixed. As I was travelling on business, I booked a time when I'm going to be back. I was told that everything will be ready to be fixed on the day. When I arrived at the store when the appointment was booked, I was told that they don't keep any stock and even though an appointment is booked, there is no guarantee that the spare parts needed for the repair will be available. The lady said that the person who booked the appointment was new and didn't know this. With no apology at all, she then said that they were expecting a delivery and asked if I could wait in Costa next door. I waited for over 2 hours. After that, I asked about the delivery, and she said they still didn't get it. I can either leave my phone for 3 to 4 days or continue waiting. She said she will call me when the stock arrives but then even if I confirmed that I'm on my way to thr store, if someone else comes before me, she is obliged to hand over the spare part to them. Regardless, she never called me about the spare part, and it is now 2 days and still no call. Samsung should take responsibility for all this and stop using EE store. There are vodafone and O2 stores who have much better customer service. The people at this EE store need serious rr training. I would appreciate if the manager can contact me if they truly care about any customer service.

Samsung fold. Having a issue with my speakers which I had confirmed by Samsung store . Was told to use EE as they get you in straight away. So EE checked my phone said it needed looked at by engineer only to be told 3 hrs later after they wiped my phone that because i had a small scratch in corner of screen they needed to charge me £1100 to fix screen first before they can look at my speaker issue (which is within warranty) not sure why they didnt tell me this at phone check in stage. Staff obviously didn't fancy doing the work and the lady who served me just didnt want to know . I know why I generally avoid EE stores now. Customer care none existent and totally disinterested staff who need to go on a few courses by the looks of things.Avoid.

Can you believe it!!!I've been a EE customer since last July 2022, I've had quite afew problems with my Google pixel 6 phone since my contract started, I rang EE customer service last week to ask how much it will cost me to exit my contract before my contract officially ends I was told December 2024 , I thought no that's not possible because that takes it over the two years which I originally agreed to, the person I spoke to put me through to another assistant I was told that this was due to me changing my phone number in December 2022 I was receiving unwanted calls this seemed the only solution apparently Not because they changed the date of when my contract ends so instead of July 2024 they said it is December 2024 I said that they can't do this I have only had my phone number changed nothing else I was informed that this would be changed back to my original date to when my contract was due to end lets wait I think if I hadn't rang up to enquire about how much I'm going to need to pay in early exit fees I would not have known this I'm going to wait until potentially January 2024 to pay to exit my contract as it's been terrible since the beginning just everyone please be careful.I know that people have written positive comments about EE but there has been negative comments aswell. I know I'm stating the obvious but be careful when you take out a contract with EE.I have had endless problems and once I can get out of my contract I'll never return as a customer to EE it's not worth sleepless nights and many continuous problems I'm just waiting for my early release fees to be acouple of hundred pounds not like I have money to throw away I just want out of my contract. Thanks for reading what I had to say.

Went for up grade of my Apple Watch customer service was terrible did not want to help and done my up grade wrong and had to phone customer service for help and they sorted it out for me won?t go back to that shop again

Need replacement sim but there is no staff in the store. Waiting time is long and it took 2 hours to get me through a agent. My issue is not resolved. Useless to visit the store. Better do it online or call ee and sort your problem. If store is involved best of luck.

Took a Pixel 7 Pro in on Tuesday for a warranty repair (Google Certified Store apparently...). Top speaker was faulty - was told by agent there was nothing wrong with it but they cleaned under the speaker which has fixed the issue. Walked out the store and immediately check the phone to find out it was still faulty. Walked straight back in and was told to leave it with them overnight.The next day I was told the speaker WAS faulty and it needed replacing so they did that. Took phone home and on Thursday I realised that the top microphone near the speaker was now not working (working perfectly before).Took back to the store and was told the board needed replacing entirely. I told them it was working before and the technician provided documentation stating they tested the microphone. Girl who claimed to be manager said "they wont have tested the microphone as they repaired the speaker". Told her they've provided documentation to state otherwise and the problem was not there before they touched it. They said "well we are fixing it now" and couldn't understand why I'm so upset. MAYBE BECAUSE YOU HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND CREATED MORE PROBLEMS FOR MY EXPENSIVE PHONE THAN THERE WERE.Oh I was also told that they updated all the software... no ya never like cause I had an update to apply when i got home. They also apparently replaced the front camera according to the documentation. No idea why cause there was sod all wrong with it so they likely broke it during repair.DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE TO BE REPAIRED. IF YOU HAVE WARRANTY, SEND IT TI THE MANUFACTURER. IVE CONTACTED GOOGLE AS THEY ADVISED THIS STORE WOULD FIX THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING.- falsified paperwork- incorrect information given- broke device further- they don't care about the problems they cause£30+ quid in parking, travel to and from the store 3x and horrid customer service.

Absolutely terrible. If you don't buy anything you are nobody to them. I just wanted to unlock my phone and ask some questions, basically they told me to go home and call the customer service, and they lets you wait a fkn hour and don't do sihit after it... Terrible terrible company!
