Staff are helpful but there are not really enough of them for such a busy shop. Too many self-service checkouts where the machines kept malfunctioning.

I was over charged today with 2 easter eggs cream egg and a flake egg said £4 each and I got charged £5.30 each. And they very awkward couldn’t charge me the right amount so walked out. It not okay on the other foot tho they get the police on me and everything and I be banned from the shop I’m very unhappy about this... read full comment
