“Not often I write reviews but wouldn't go anywhere else for tool hire. Staff are extreamly helpfull, always give a demo when renting equipment. They assist with choosing the best item for the job (I am not a trades person just DIY) always slightly daunting! Welcoming and nothings a bother when asking for advice. Ponteland branch also assisted in getting equipment sent to a nearer store with excellent communication.”
