“Absolutely love this store and the customer service is great as well. Although I've been finding it difficult lately to find just plain v neck tops in majority of shops , the jeans are great and the shoes especially the variety of wide foot keep me going back. It's a great stop if your looking for something new for a night out , cause lets face it its not a night out if you've not got at least a new pair of earings and the home ware range is lovely ,treated my teenage daughter to this stuff for her room and it looks great.”

“The shop is really spacious and easy to find things staff are very helpful. We also went in the cafe and the staff are friendly and the service was brilliant, we had literally just sat down and our food was ready. Very clean and plenty of places to sit and good priced. Will for sure be going back”

“Had a windscreen repair. Excellent service. They assessed it and made a convenient appointment to repair. Took the car along, parked up, did some shopping and when we got back you couldn't even see the repair! They also told me about joining their free motoring club which gave me a voucher for £5 so reduced the cost of the repair as well. Good stuff!”

“An excellent H&M shop. It has a a large women, men and kids section.There is a big changing room as well downstairs.I like how the clothes are spread out so you don't feel too cramped.A few pointers...firstly, some of the items of clothing don't have a lot of different sizes (all of could find were S or M and nothing for the people who have added on pilounds over the lockdowns, or that is my excuse). However, the app does have all the sizes available so you can find what you want in store and then buy online.Secondly, the reception in the store is terrible so log onto their free WiFi so you can get onto the app when purchasing”

“Its a lovely shop got great staff and a fantastic manager in the shop and you always great service but take your time looking around it because you just miss out on something beautiful our ask staff tell them what your looking for it could be online only enjoy. Its got the wow factor i love it ❤?”

“Haven't shopped in here for a while.... I was passing and noticed some sale items... I was quite spoilt for choice so had quite a handful to take into changing room... Only fault I have is that there was no staff on hand to help with changing top to another size... I had to redress, bring my coat and bag right through the shop and back to changing room to do it all again... I would advise that you don't do any shopping prior to shopping for clothes so that you are hands free to help yourself ?... Other than that shop and staff were fine ?”

“Always have great quality toys for decent prices, sometimes there’s an issue with not enough staff on tills but no biggie. Went in to buy a switch a few months ago and one of the employees (I forgot his name) was really helpful and explained the differences between the 3 models and which he’d recommend. Walked out with a new switch oled and was really happy with the customer service”

“Visited 8th October a bit stressed with 7 kids for my daughters birthday! Was meant to order on app but it stressed me so Johnny kindly took my order and explained all my options as I ve not been here in ages! What a truly lovely lad and an amazing staff member nothing was an issue for him ! He couldn't be more helpful give this lad a pay rise or make him a Supervisor he is a credit to the company!!!”
