“First visit to this place, and I was very surprised at how big it is. Three spacious rooms inside and lovely outdoor eating area. Food is very good and likewise the drinks. It is a bit of a motorists hot spot due to the wonderful surrounding roads. Definitely make a stop if you're in the area.”

I bought a trench coat and a long puffer jacket at a really great price considering the actual price. “I always find something to buy. I love the clearance section for trousers & t-shirts. Funny thing is that I can nearly always find my size, S or XS or size 8 and the garments fit. When I buy from the main store the sizes are all over the place and mostly too big. Thank goodness for the Outlet Store in Byker! Oh and the staff are lovely too and the fitting rooms are clean.”

“There is a step to access this shop, although they do have a small ramp they can put out. Manual wheelchair users could use this ramp, some may struggle and power chair users may struggle with the gradient of it. Once inside, the fitting rooms are up two large steps, with no lift or step free access. There are more fitting rooms upstairs on the first floor, however there is also no lift access to these. Despite the access issues, staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to work within the limitations of the store.”

Quick through the tills. Could do with a few more fitting rooms though instead of having to buy and call back to return items.”

“I prefer flying out of this airport, as opposed to going to a larger international hub. It's easy to get around and there are lots of shopping and dining options. No hassles. The Nexus metro stops inside of the airport and can take you anywhere in the Tyne & Wear area that you need to go. They also offer complimentary luggage carts to use, which is nice.”

“As next goes this was a bit larger than the norm, but that aside stock wasn't very accommodating to various sizes. It was hard to find anything much in differing sizes to the average 10/12. Only managed to find a few bits in a larger size in both womens and mens.”
