“alwsys loved the galleries washington but peopke stay away from Muffin break in there , they are shocking to work for they get u to do trials then offer you the job but dont pay u and when u contact them they never reply. Avoid avoid as they cant keep staff and wat is ur hard earned cash goin on as its not to pay staff. would anybody work for free ????”
“Myself and my husband visited the Washington matalan store on sun 1st May while I was trying shoes on I left my bags on the floor went to the checkout and left the store returning home to sunderland only to realise i had left my bags my husband went back through to matalan and a staff member had handed in our bags i just want to say thankyou so so much to whoever it was that found them and kept them for us”
“Tricky one to rate as they have a monopoly on local school wear but they do what they do really well with friendly staff and I find their new location is a lot better than the tiny shop they used to have in the Galleries. Only grumble is that the clips on the school ties break easily but not sure if that is actually something within their control or not. Also feels quite expensive but, as mentioned earlier, have no choice but to use them.”

“Just visited next after it's "refurbishment" and have to say if I worked there for 8 hours a day it would be a nightmare. The lighting is horrendous far to bright. Looks like the Pay here sign also reflects off the screens which the staff use which will be bad for the staffs eyes. Deffo need sunglasses when you walk in”
“I purchased a dashcam and installation. I also had a previously purchased sat-nav installed. An installation time on the following day was allocated for the work to be done. It was carried out very efficiently and on-time. Following this I was given a good briefing on the use of the dashcam. I am very happy with the job that was done.”
“This place is full of top end sports wear. Trainers, track-suits, T-shirts, etc. Quite expensive but does have rotating sales on pretty much all the time making it more affordable at times.”

“Superdrug, Galleries, Washington.I visited today, Friday 8th Sept atn 4.30pm.Let me now set the scenario.A man of age, not young , nor OAP.Picking up clues for his wife's birthday. We visited the store last week and she smelled perfume in 'the weekly' display that she loved. Obviously being a man I took no notice of the name! Also being a man I didn't realise they changed weekly!!And so to tonight!Diving in after work to grab the 'surprise' , yes love, I was listening!Ahh cack the bottles had changed (week promotions)However....the young ladies working and serving there were AMAZING help.They knew what was on offer and helped me get the gift!A confused man was saved by the knowledge and compassion they showed. I say compassion because now I live another day due to a happy wife!I even signed up to the members card!It's not often people get praise, it's always negative, so I hope this gets to them.Thank you so much for the help.Not all heroes wear perfume!!!”
