“Bought a tent online which due to issues above the store didn't come in. Needed the tent yesterday. Went into store today and manager could not have done more to help me out. She rang all over to find a solution. Not convinced with using the decathlon app. Not convinced with decathlons online and phone customer support. But can't fault the manager and staff at all, they were kind,polite and determined to get a solution. Thankyou.”

“Been in store tonight and was watching one of your store assistants serve an elderly lady and her manager was just beautiful, it actually brought a tear to my eye. “Lovely store. Everyone we came across was great apart from 1 snooty cow. I asked about the turtles pizza hut clothing range and got sniggered at and made to feel stupid. Took photo when did find it with every intention of giving her a gob full showing her the photo but was nowhere to be seen.In hindsight I should have reported her.”

“Was never a fan of Superdry and would just walk past. Curiously went in to check out the sales and found the quality of clothes is actually quite nice. Walked out with a thick vest jacket, bubble jacket, 2 shirts and a hoodie. Love it. The store had a huge selection and staff were very friendly.”

“Took an item back here today at team valley but was told it was concession and couldn't be returned to the store. I was a little put out but the young lady on the till point offered to help. She showed me how to go online, parcelled the stuff up for me and advised where the shop was for the return. She went out of her way to help. The young lady's name is Sarah and her customer service skills are second to none. She is an asset to new look. Thankyou so much. A grateful customer.”

“Dianne was really helpful. We were early for our appointment and she was prepared for our arrival. I would advise making an appointment with her (or any of the other staff for that matter). This allows you dedicated time with the team and they apply no pressure and offer great advice. Everything was done at our pace and if Dianne didn't know the answer to our question, she found out for us.Reading through the negative reviews, it seems that other people have turned up without an appointment and then complained that they haven't been able to speak to someone. If you do that, you are an idiot. It takes 30 seconds to book an appointment online. Then you can spend as long or as short a time as you need. We will 100% be back and look forward to dealing with Dianne in the future.”

“I purchased Roblox cards for my 2 grandsons. They tried to enter the details on their iPads and the cards wouldn’t work. I went straight back to the store where a young guy named James went out of his way to enter the codes and explained how to identify which are zeros and which are noughts. He was very helpful and I really appreciated everything he did to solve the problem. I have 2 very happy little boys ? Thank You James you’re a STAR ?”

“Good value and good quality clothing from this Spanish chain store. But when I last visited (in the first week of August, 2021) the shop looked and felt very shoddy and untidy.... As if both the owners and the staff of these shops really don't care about the appearance of their premises.... And it's not just Zara.”

“I was served at the till on Thursday 11 th August by a lovely young lady who is a credit to your store, she had long dark hair put back in a pony tail I didn't get her name, but she helped me with my phone at the till so I could get my points, I was only buying one top this time, not as though I was buying loads, she was so kind and patient and was very pleasant and didn't have to help me at all, a credit to this store.”
